In Cebu Province, the Civil Disturbance Management team of Cebu PPO is all set for Monday’s State of the Nation Address of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Yesterday, the CDM team practiced for possible unrest and maintaining public safety. They shall observe maximum tolerance at all times, even when provoked. Further the team will stay 100 meters away from rallies’.
